Shipments and returns

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

The charges are adjusted on the prices of our suppliers and providers. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed and in that time, handling costs are free. Whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes have a size suitable and your items are well-protected.

We ship in mainland France, DOM-TOM and Europe. Deliveries will be made by independent carriers of us to the delivery address specified by the customer.

Orders and shipments in Corsica or outside France will be subject to taxation for transportation related to current rates of the carrier. If at his command, the country of delivery is not referenced, the client is asked to contact usl about the geographic areas served, and all delivery charges apply.

Duties: There are no customs duties within the European Union. Customs duties may apply to goods sold from the European Union to your country. The buyer of the product made its case to pay these duties, and administrative associates. The seller's responsibility ends when the product was shipped to the address specified by the customer. To recall the DOM TOM are considered outside the European Union and therefore subject to customs clearance.

We reserve the right to split shipments. The participation fee for processing and shipping will however not increased. Deliveries are made within an average of 48 hours (working days) after receiving authorization of payment centers or check and receipt to get a good customer.

RETURNS:

Given the special nature of our product, returns will be handled on a case by case basis. Only Unopened lucky dip can be reversed. Each content can be identified by us, if a product comprising the lucky dip reveals missing, the cover will not be refunded!

The customer has a period of 7 (seven) days after delivery of his order to withdraw. In this case it will return the ordered product in perfect condition in its original packaging, unopened lucky dip and higher sticker sealed at the following address:

Note: Only items not specifically customized for the client are affected by this article in accordance with Article L. 121-20-1 of the Consumer Code. (includes personalization by adding text and images on personal labels and LBbyPx-Cards ...)

All product returns should be a formal agreement between the seller and the buyer. The customer wishing to return a product will necessarily inform the Customer Service previously PARADOXAL within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery by email at: contact (at) paradoxal.eu

Upon receipt of the request for withdrawal, the Customer Service PARADOXAL assign a number to return the product and send to the client by email or by phone. The customer then has 7 days to return the product.

items returned without this number of return will be refunded to the customer. The customer will receive a full refund of purchase price (excluding shipping) for returned products. This refund will be issued within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days of receipt of the goods in question and after verification of their status. Return costs will be borne. Customer. Products shipped cons refund or postage due will be refused.
